Aerosol Silicone Spray (AESI)
This is a universal colourless release and lubricating agent with very low surface tension, good adherence, and durability. It is heat stable (when dry) non-toxic and odourless. It provides free sliding, non-stick surfaces. Ideal for use in baking, bottling, box manufacturing, carpentry, confectionery, dairies, double glazing, food processing, general worktops, hospitals, hotels, leather, paper, plastic, and rubber. It can be used as a polish for furniture and motor vehicles, also as an anti-spatter agent for welding. Should not be used where any painting is in progress; silicones can cause severe surface defects to paint.
Applications
The product has a wide range of uses including mould releasing and lubrication in the automotive, food, clothing and furniture trades where the clean, low toxicity lubricating properties of silicone are ideal.
Directions
Spray evenly from a distance of 25 – 30cm onto clean, dry surfaces, removing any excess by wiping with a clean cloth.
