Aerosol Cut & Tap (AECUTA)
Description
A blend of oils specially formulated for use when cutting, tapping and drilling to improve tool performance and extend tool life.
It sprays to give a frothy, oily brown liquid. The combination of viscosity improvers and extreme pressure additives help maintain the products performance over a wide range of demanding operating conditions. The incorporation of corrosion inhibitors helps to extend tool life.
Applications
It may be used in all cutting, tapping and drilling operations to extend the life of cutting tools and provide improved surface finish by reducing heat and friction.
Cut & Tap Fluid contains additives which prevent pitting, galling and metal seizures. It is suitable for use on all metals including stainless steel and titanium.
Directions
Shake well, spray directly onto cutting tool and component.
Environmental
Dispose of chemicals in accordance with local environmental legislation Local environment registrations.
Handling
