Neutral Deruster (NEDERU)

Description

A new and innovative product designed to efficiently remove rust from ferrous metals. In contrast to products based on strong acids such as hydrochloric or phosphoric etc, Neutral Deruster has a neutral pH and presents a reduced risk to the operator when used as intended.

Directions

The product should be diluted with water before use. One part product to two parts product offers relatively rapid de-rusting. Heating and circulation of the product will increase the speed of the process. Can be used in dip tanks or in some de-rusting machinery with care taken to prevent foam formation. A low foam version is available from FIS. The product contains wetting agents to break down surface contamination and ensure even coverage. Corrosion inhibitors have been added to prevent the formation of flash rust.

Handling
