Air Cooler Cleaner

Immersion Bath:

Flood the cooler with Air Cooler Cleaner, or immerse in a tank of the product. Heat the product to 30°C maximum, and provide agitation with an airline. After two hours, drain off, flush well with water and dry with an air-line.

Circulation Method:

Where the cooler is designed to permit pumped circulation in situ, the system should be filled with Air Cooler Cleaner, and circulation carried out for 20 hours at a temperature of up to 25 - 30°C maximum. After cleaning, the cooler must be thoroughly flushed with fresh water and dried with an air-line.

Cleaning times can be varied according to the temperature used, and the degree of fouling When the emulsion becomes too thick to circulate, water should be added until emulsion can be circulated again.

Direct Injection:

For direct injection on "in service" cleaning systems, Air Cooler Cleaner should be dosed at the ratio of two parts water added to one part product - in that order, and must be well mixed for immediate use.

It is most important that, 5 - 10 minutes after dosing with the solution, injection with fresh water only is repeated using double the total volume of the first solution, to flush off the chemical residual which contains the "solved" contamination.

Dispose of chemicals in accordance with local environmental legislation.
