Quick Strip Prestige Replenish (QSTRIPPRE)

Fill a suitable tank with QSTRIP PRESTIGE to the required level and heat to 50-70C. Indirect heating such as an oil jacket capable of maintaining the tank at the desired temperature is required. Mechanical agitation or decent circulation will greatly enhance the process and improve stripping times. Regular removal of sludge and stripped residues by continuous filtration is essential to maintain the solutions in optimal conditions.

For rinsing, an overflowing cold-water rinse is suitable for cleaning stripped wheels. Pressure washing may be required to finish. Avoid water being introduced to the stripping tank.

Dispose of chemicals in accordance with local environmental legislation Local environment registrations.
