Growth and Energy Resilience: FIS Chemicals at The 49th IPA Convention and Exhibition
International BD Director Kevin Mands was in Jakarta, Indonesia, for one of South-East Asia's biggest energy sector events.
As FIS Chemicals continues to work closely with more and more organisations in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, keeping in good contact with clients and meeting with peers and contacts at industry events becomes increasingly vital.
Fresh from visiting with FIS clients in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, FIS International Business Development Director Kevin Mands was a delegate at the annual IPA Convention and Exhibition ('Convex').
Taking place between 20th-22nd May 2025 at ICE BSD City, Jakarta, Indonesia, the Convex event featured a packed programme of presentations, panel discussions, workshops and other meetings, with a busy and bustling exhibition space featuring organisations of all sizes, focuses and offerings from across the energy landscape.
With a central theme of creating a sustainable and resilient energy future that supports growth in a lower carbon environment, there were many fascinating viewpoints from leading industry figures, technical experts, governmental officials and business leaders across three days of events.
