Marine Aqueous Degreaser 5000 EU (AQDE5000E)
Description
Aqueous Degreaser 5000 EU is a concentrated product for deck, bulkhead and deluge system cleaning and degreasing. It is a low-toxicity water-based degreaser, safe to use and bio-degradable and MARPOL compliant. Suitable for removal of carbon deposits, dirt, sludge and grease. It contains orange extract which provide extra cleaning power and gives the operator a pleasant working environment.
Dilutions
In use, the degree of dilution depends on the type of contamination. The following dilutions are
suggested as guidance only:
Heavy Duty Cleaning 2:1
General Cleaning 5:1
Light Degreasing 10:1
Environmental
Dispose of chemicals in accordance with local environmental legislation. The components of this product meet MARPOL annex V for discharge into the sea.
Handling
Normal precautions should be taken for handling chemicals. Protective clothing, eye protection and gloves should be worn. For further, details please refer to the safety data sheet.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry location between 5°C and 25°C. Protect from freezing. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Store the product sealed in the original container. See safety datasheet for list of incompatible materials and other relevant information.
