Aqueous Degreaser 2000HD (AQDE2000HD)
Description
Aqueous Degreaser 2000 HD is an ideal product for use on the drill floor where heavy contamination of oil can occur. It is also ideal for flushing casings at well completion stage.
When diluted, Aqueous Degreaser 2000 HD is ideal for general rig cleaning and a superior additive for general pressure washing as well as for deck and bulkhead cleaning.
The addition of orange terpenes not only gives extra cleaning power but gives the operator a pleasant working environment. Will also degrease deluge systems.
Dilutions
Heavy duty degreaser use - neat
Drilling floor dilute up to - 5 to 1
Cuttings wash systems dilute up to - 10 to 1
General cleaning dilute up to - 20 to 1
High pressure systems dilute up to - 100 to 1
Casing cleaning dilute up to - 35 to 1
Laundry use - 40 to 1
Environmental
Dispose of chemicals in accordance with local environmental legislation Local environment registrations.
Handling
Normal precautions should be taken for handling chemicals. Protective clothing, eye protection and gloves should be worn.
